We want you to be completely satisfied with your Julie Vos purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, pristine jewelry within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Jewelry

  Place your items in their original Julie Vos pouch and protective packaging to ensure they arrive safely back at our studio.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
